Deuteronomy 27:2-8 2 “The day you cross the Jordan River and enter the land that the Lord your God is giving you, set up some large stones and cover them with plaster. 3 The Lord God of your ancestors is giving you a land flowing with milk and honey, as he promised you. After you’re in that land, write all the words of these teachings on the stones. 4After you cross the Jordan River, set up these stones on Mount Ebal, and cover them with plaster, following the command I’m giving you today. 5 Build an altar of stones there dedicated to the Lord your God. Don’t use an iron chisel on the stones. 6 You must use uncut stones to build the altar of the Lord your God. Joshua 4:6-7 6 This will be a sign for you. You must remember that in the days when the Bible was written, they didn’t have cameras, scrapbooks, or camcorders to preserve their memories. Even though they had to scribble on rocks and animal skins, they were still able to quote the book of Moses. They wrote God’s Word on their minds.
Can you imagine if someone could have videotaped the crossing of the Red Sea, or the Pillar of Fire over the Wilderness Tabernacle! Wow! How about when Elijah was caught up into Heaven, or when he ran 70 miles an hour to escape for his life from Jezebel! I am sure the Lord will replay the videos for us when we get Home.
We would have been doomed if our Hebrew forefathers had failed to record the Bible. Our generation will be judged against a higher standard for the knowledge and technology that we have been given.
Mom went home to be with the Lord in 1994. Dad joined her in Heaven in August of 2000. After Dad died, who was my best human friend on Earth, I began to realize that I was to build an altar unto the Lord that I would share with my own family, my Church, and others whom the Lord would lead me to.
Many experiences will touch you down deep in your heart, surpassing the reasoning of your mind. Some experiences on this journey may make you cry. Even Jesus, His Angels, and My Comforter were grieved at times. Yet other experiences may tempt you to judge and condemn me since they give you a glimpse of how weak, frail, and wicked the sin-factor that is resident in our flesh can be (Angel Journals: Pastor Carl Hahn Jr.).
Jesus Christ has placed me as a ministry gift to the Body of Christ. Let’s get ready to meet the Master and take billions of souls to Heaven with us when Our Father says that our time to go has arrived.
Come... Ride along with me on the collision course with fate and build the altar Stone by Stone.
Pick up each stone. Place each one in your sling of faith. Sling them and kill the giants. I am cheering for you. Our Father is cheering for you. God, the Holy Spirit and all of His Angels are cheering for you and stand ready to assist. Jesus Christ made it all possible and together we will undo the works of the devil in your life and mine.
